Well as you can see we are keeping our temperature up and working hard. Well, maybe not working hard, but we are doing what we do best, lookin' good. It's a Blevins family curse, but we're not complaining. Eli likes the temp in the room but mom and I are a little warm. Eli said he wanted some more photos to remember this time, so daddy obliged him. He loves having his picture taken, and I think TLC is going to have to do a reality tv show called Eli so we have some place to put all the photos and videos we are taking. It might not be the most exciting show on tv right now, but it might be the cutest, and i am sure as he gets older he will cause plenty of excitement. Enjoy the pic and thanks for your prayers.

Who do I look like?
Dad?
Mom?
Or a little of Both?
From earlier...
Eli has got his first nickname, wubbas. I call him that because when he gets upset his lower lip starts to quiver real fast and he makes this sound like wubba, wubba, wubba, wubba. we tried to capture it on video but it doesn't do it justice. He is now in the room with us again, and hopefully will get circumcised tomorrow. Pray that his temperature is sustained so that he doesn't have to go back to the NICU.

Brooke, thank you, again for your sweet comment on my post...I know...it's been almost a year since I posted anything. Crazy how time flies. Maybe now that I've finally (after five months) gotten the hang of having two, I'll start to post more regularly. I'm also compiling things into a book, which will take me years to finish. :)
I've been following your blog, too, to see how little Eli is doing. We're so happy for you guys! And still praying that he'll be able to come home very, very soon! I'm looking forward to reading about all the things he's teaching you. Children are great for putting things in perspective. :) We love you guys!
