Oh, found out I was O+ today. Not sure if that is good or bad, but hey at least I know now. Don't you think you should know your blood time before you are 27? Guess there hasn't been any need thus far, so for that I am thankful too.
I love my sweet husband Ben, he makes me so proud in so many ways!! You see Ben is not afraid to say or do anything...he is who he is, no matter where you are or who you are talking to. So we are in the doctors office and the first thing he says, after the doc has left to go take a phone call from a plastic surgeon and then returns back to the room, "so why do they call them plastic surgeons...they don't work on plastic, nor do they really use plastic in their procedures?" To which our doctor replied, "I have no idea, but why didn't you ask that before I took the phone call." Then Dr. F asks us if we have had any bleeding, mind you Dr. F had asked us this same question when he had to leave to take the phone call and the nurse has already asked us this question twice, so Ben says, "you must really want to know the answer to that question, you've asked it 4 times." Then we are standing in the hallway going over billing, etc and Ben is looking at the pictures lining the walls...then I hear him say, "Glenn (that's the docs first name) are these your kids?" I mean seriously, he called the doctor by his first name, what is he thinking. Then Dr. F says, "oh yea, there are more pictures in my office, just go back and look." Finally, we noticed a black porsche being washed out in the parking lot before we came in for our appt...well come to find out it was Dr. F's...so Ben says to him, "is that your black porsche outside, because I think you should know they were doing donuts with it out in the parking lot." To which Dr. F responds, "oh that's okay, I do that occasionally too." So needless to say Dr. F is a good sport and doesn't mind Ben's inquisitive mind!! Oh gotta love em. And, of course, on our way out Ben grabs a handful of lollipops just like any good kid would.

wow that's pretty sweet. You know I've been holding everybody's babies these days and I'm always so re-aligned when their little hearts are pounding against my chest as they sleep and what not. And everytime I try to hold one I try and count all of the hairs like that one scripture says...but I can't even count all the little hairs on just one ear alone! I can't believe God keeps track of everyone's hair while I can't even count half of one baby's.
Congrats!!! So exciting! Megan, you're the sweetest! I LOVE when you get to hold baby Ryan.
Brooke, such a fun time in life! Congrats to you guys! lucky dog on not feeling sick!
So, I want you to take a picture of your belly, standing in exactly the same spot, each month, so that I can see my grandbaby grow.
According to babycenter, the baby is the size of a book of matches or a fig right now.
Also, when you finish that PhD, you can make sure that Bennie Boy calls you Dr. Wife (or Dr. Honey).
I agree with the picture idea. and the doctor honey. Of course, I cried when I heard the bambino heartbeat.
Oh my gosh!!!!!! I am so excited. Enjoy your pregnancy because once they are born, they are never all yours (as in your little nest) again.
And your O+ blood type must be from your dad. I'm A+.
Wow, what a glorious bit of earth-shaking, faith-building news!--a little Blevins on the way...a gift from the Author of life. Psalm 127 immediately flashed across our minds. the Lord is building His church while privileging you to be the caretaker of His little gift. Indeed, as you said, parenting is a huge responsibility--but not a task without a divine helper. Since the baby is God's the held in rearing it in the path of righteousness and godlinee is also His. We are praying for you. We are so thrilled we had the joy of getting to know you in a land where everyone speaks eitgher Jewish or Turkish! In His love, Judy and Bruce Fiol
