Eli and I took a trip early in the week to Northeastern Louisiana to visit my maw maw, Eli's great grandmother. After a fun trip that involved a plane, train, bus, and automobile, we made it to the big town of Winnsboro, LA. We stayed at a beautiful little bed and breakfast...well not so little, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was perfect!! Maw Maw was smitten with the little guy and he thought she was pretty great too. On Wed we decided to do a little shopping before heading back to the airport and let me tell you the 4 generations were quite a site..Mom pushed Maw Maw in the wheelchair and I pushed Eli in the stroller. But we made it and maw maw got all the stuff she was looking for (and I might have gotten a pair of shoes in the process).

My aunt candy, my dad's sister, came over to visit us as well. Eli and Candy were instant friends, although you wouldn't tell by his serious look in this picture.

My uncle Marion also came to visit us.
And then we went to visit uncle Marion and all of his mules, chickens, dogs, and cats. Eli didn't know what to think of these big animals.
