So after a week of suffering with pink eye, Benny Boy is all better. It was a long week...and I mean a long week. Being at home with a sick husband for that long is sort of trying at times. He finally came out of quarantine last night after Doc McCash looked at him at church Sunday morning and said it was okay. So he finally got to sleep in our bed last night, which I am sure he had missed. All I have to say is I can' t imagine having sick children...I am just not sure I am cut out for it...since I seem to lack a mercy gift. Maybe that is why G-d hasn't given us any kiddos yet...he is waiting for me to develop some mercy :). Anywho, things are going well in the Blevins household. Nothing too exciting to report, other than we are finally all healthy.
Okay, I must comment on these pictures I found on our camera the other day. I have no idea when these were taken...clearly, since I was asleep. My husband loves to take pictures of me sleeping, which I just don't understand, but apparently he gets a kick out of it. Let me preface this...these pictures are not flattering of me...but I suppose my self-esteem is high enough that I can divulge them. Maybe you can help me figure out why my husband finds this middle of the night picture taking so fun!
I think he thought it was cute that Gus was sleeping on my arm. Gus must notice the flash and wake up, unlike me.
Gus is clearly disturbed, but not me.

i think you are posing because you just look so darn pretty asleep...and i love the one of you cuddling with Gus...people who dont have dogs are just missing out! :)
I am glad that Bennie Boy has recovered. You do look really cute when you are sleeping, that is why he likes to take pictures of you when you are sleeping. miss you guys, love, mom
